sat28technology (“we”, “us” or “our”) built the “UFO Wall – ball in space”, “Lista spesa SMART”, "Football Almanac European Leagues" as Ad Supported apps and "Smart Password Keeper" as ad-free (collectively “apps”, individually “app” or “game”) with optionally in-app purchases. Apps are provided by sat28technologies at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform users (“user”, “you” or “your”) regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our apps and/or access our website (collectively “SERVICE”). If you choose to use our SERVICE, then you agree to the collection, store and use of your information in accordance with the terms to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our SERVICE.
PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PROVIDED BY YOU)
We do not implement registration / account login / user access or similar logic in our SERVICE, we do not explicitly ask you to provide us any personally identifiable information (i.e. name, e-mail, address, phone number, etc…). If you decide to contact us through our mail addresses, your E-mail address and the whole message will be stored into our mail servers.
USAGE DATA AND THIRD PARTIES (AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED)
To continuously optimize our SERVICE and give you a better experience through new releases of the SERVICE, we may collect and log certain usage information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your unique device ID, the device Internet Protocol address (“IP”), device operating system and version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our SERVICE, the time and date of your use of the SERVICE, and other usage data related to the SERVICE itself (i.e. session time, install timestamp, etc…), in-app purchases statistics made in our SERVICE and advertisements statistics (i.e. time spent on it, potential clicks, etc…). We never receive your payment or your credit card information.
In addition we may also collect your Advertising ID, a unique identifier that advertisers use for personalized advertising so that they are consistent across all mobile applications and thus allow cross-app tracking.
To perform collection of information, process/analyze data collected and thus address all optimisations, bugs correction and in general improve our SERVICE, we inform you that the app does use third party SDKs.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, however, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. Our SERVICE does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
